month's Random Act of Kindness award goes to Raymond Lau.
He sets a wonderful example to his classmates by always
being respectful and helpful. He helps his classmates
with things they don't understand, and he always shares
his supplies when needed without any asking for anything
in return.

student from St. Thomas Aquinas in Fairfield, Connecticut
that demonstrated qualities associated with Random Act of
Kindness for this month is: Gregory Dykes. Greg
is a creative, funny student that is a pleasure to have in
class. He has a great sense of humor and keeps us
laughing. He also has a wonderful way of coming up
with suggestions to make our life at school easier. He
is a good, kind friend to all. We are all glad Greg is
a part of our school community.

Roy
has become the "American Idol" of Steele School.
His energy and passion for drama club is absolutely
amazing. Besides willing to lend a helping hand to
all the cast members of "Barnum," he independently goes
out of his way to make sure each and every circus
performer is prepared and ready to perform the greatest
show on earth! In our play, Roy portrayes the fire
eater. His hot persona and sizzling style makes him
our biggest flame!

RAOK honoree for the month of February is Olivia. She is
always the first person to offer to share whatever she
has with her classmates. She moved to NC from
Philadelphia early in the school year and has shown us
why Philadelphia is the city of brotherly love

Our March honoree for the Random Acts of Kindness
Project is Molly. Each morning when Molly arrives to
school, she waters the sponge for our class hermit crab and
makes certain that it has food. Next, she turns on all
of the student computers and connects each browser to the
internet. These are only two ways in which Molly shows
consideration for others. We appreciate the way she
shows kindness in our classroom.

Our student this month is Kenneth Barton. Kenneth helps
any student is need. Also, he is quick to pick up items
dropped by others and return it to them. If Kenneth sees
you need help, he offers. He is kind to everyone
and apologizes if he accidently does anything to
offend. He also is very respectful to adults by
addressing them as Ma'am or Sir. Kenneth is a
wonderful part of our class!

I
would like to give this month's Random Act of Kindness
award to Storme Crooks, from class 1-118. After the
children finished their assignment they were allowed to
select a game to play. When another child needed help,
Storme gave up his free time to help his classmate. He
decided to do this on his own. He acted unselfishly to
perform a good deed. What a wonderful example he set for
all his schoolmates to follow!

I'd
like to award the Random Act of Kindness to two students
from class 3-A325. One of my students lost her check for
the candy sale. Shelby Sanon and Mia McKinley found it
and returned it to the rightful owner. They certainly
proved to be honest and caring students!

Our
nominee this month is Sam. Sam is always friendly and is
liked by everyone. He will always play with you when you
need a friend. He shares his toys and his snacks and lets
you join a game. Sam loves to share a joke with you too. He
helps children if they get hurt. Sam is smart and has lots
of interesting things to tell you. He loves anything to do
with Science. And he listens to you when you are telling him
something. If he makes a mistake, he always apologizes
nicely.
